摘要
外泌体是活细胞释放的具有典型脂质双分子层结构的一种细胞外囊泡,直径为30~200 nm。通过传递生物大分子和调控相关信号通路,外泌体能参与肿瘤的发生与发展,包括肿瘤细胞增殖、新生血管形成、肿瘤微环境重构、转移生态位建立及耐药等。前列腺癌相关的外泌体对促进前列腺癌向去势抵抗表型的转化起到了重要作用。本文主要总结外泌体在去势抵抗性前列腺癌诊断与治疗中的最新研究进展。
Exosomes are extracellular vesicles released by living cells,characterized by typical lipid bilayer structure,with diameters ranging between 30 nm and 200 nm.By transferring biomacromolecules and modulating related signaling pathways,exosomes play a role in the development and progression of tumors,including tumor cell proliferation,angiogenesis,tumor microenvironment remodeling,metastatic niche establishment,and drug resistance.Exosomes associated with prostate cancer significantly contribute to the promotion of the transition of prostate cancer to a castration-resistant phenotype.This article primarily summarizes the latest advances in the research of exosomes in castration-resistant prostate cancer.
