远红光辐照下响应面法优化水稻幼苗水分利用效率

Optimization of the water use efficiency of rice seedlings by response surface method under far⁃red irradiation

摘要 针对旨在提高水稻幼苗水分利用效率(Water use efficiency,WUE)的远红光间断辐照模式不清的问题,开展优明86、丰两优648、绿旱639、镇稻18及荆占1号,5个品种水稻幼苗694 nm波长远红光LED灯辐照试验,测量水稻幼苗根茎长和幼苗气体交换参数,确定WUE最优的水稻品种;基于WUE最优水稻品种在836、720、755和694 nm 4种波长下进行远红光LED灯辐照试验,测量水稻幼苗根茎长和幼苗气体交换参数,确定WUE最优的远红光波长;利用Box-Behnken中心组合设计原理,以无远红光辐照为对照组,选择WUE最优的水稻品种和远红光波长,开展以远红光单次辐照时长、间断时长和辐照时段为控制因素,以WUE为响应值的多因素响应曲面优化试验及模拟。结果表明:绿旱639品种水稻在波峰波长755 nm的远红光辐照下WUE最优;提高水稻幼苗WUE的远红光最优间断辐照模式组合为,单次辐照19 min,间断19 min,远红光辐照结束后立刻开始常规LED辐照;最优间断辐照模式下水稻幼苗WUE模拟值为8.8,验证试验实际测得水稻幼苗WUE为8.6,与预测模型的相对误差小于0.3,模型结果可靠。 In order to make clear the intermittent far-red light irradiation mode improving the water use efficiency(WUE)of rice seedlings,a 694 nm wavelength far red LED light irradiation experiment was conducted on five rice varieties,including Youming 86,Fengliangyou 648,Luhan 639,Jingzhan 1 and Zhendao 18.The root and stem length of rice seedlings and the gas exchange were measured to identify the optimal WUE rice variety.Based on the rice variety with optimal WUE,experiments were conducted with four different wavelengths of far-red LED light irradiation at 836,720,755,and 694 nm,respectively.The root and stem length of rice seedlings and gas exchange parameters were measured to determine the optima far-red light wavelength of the optimal WUE rice variety.Using the Box Behnken central combination design principle,with no far-red light irradiation as the control group,a multi factor response surface optimization experiment and simulation were conducted with single far-red light irradiation duration,interruption duration and irradiation period as control factors and WUE as response value.The results showed that Luhan 639 rice variety had the best WUE under far-red light irradiation with a peak wavelength of 755 nm.The optimal intermittent far-red irradiation mode combination for improving the WUE of rice seedlings is as follows:Nineteen minutes of single irradiation,nineteen minutes of intermittent irradiation and the conventional LED irradiation immediately begins after the far-red light irradiation ends.The simulation result of rice seedling WUE under the optimal intermittent irradiation mode is 8.8,and the actual measured WUE of rice seedlings in the validation experiment is 8.6,with a relative error of less than 0.3 compared to the prediction model.The results of the model in this study are reliable.
