摘要
知识经济背景下,创新成为衡量企业竞争力的关键指标。尤其是在饲料领域,随着市场需求的不断变化,以及生产加工技术的优化革新,饲料企业对创新创业人才的需求愈发迫切。但传统的人才培养方法难以满足饲料企业的实际需求,因此,可借鉴校企合作模式,深入分析饲料专业创新创业人才培养模式,在精准对接人才供求两端的基础上,提高人才培养的质量和效率,可有效解决饲料企业的人才短缺问题。
Under the background of knowledge economy,innovation has become a key index to measure the competitiveness of enterprises.Especially in the field of feed,with the continuous changes in market demand,as well as the optimization and innovation of production and processing technology,feed enterprises have an increasingly urgent need for innovative and entrepreneurial talents.However,the traditional talent training method is difficult to meet the actual needs of feed enterprises,so we can learn from the school-enterprise cooperation model,in-depth analysis of the cultivation mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents for feed professionals,and improve the quality and efficiency of talent training on the basis of accurately connecting both ends of talent supply and demand,so as to effectively solve the problem of talent shortage in feed enterprises.
