摘要
目的探究精神科护士安全管理中人文关怀的应用价值。方法选取2022年5月—2024年6月于辽源市第二人民医院任职的25名精神科护士作为研究对象,按管理方式不同分为常规组与观察组,2022年5月—2023年5月实施常规管理设为常规组,2023年6月—2024年6月实施护士人文关怀设为观察组,两组护士为同一批。比较不同模式下护士管理质量、人文关怀评分及管理满意度。结果观察组的管理质量高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的人文关怀知识评分为(33.11±0.51)分、人文关怀能力评分为(33.17±0.56)分、人文关怀感知评分为(38.21±0.58)分、人文关怀理念评分为(33.14±0.55)分,均高于常规组的(32.72±0.57)分、(32.75±0.54)分、(37.77±0.51)分、(32.74±0.58)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.550、2.699、2.849、2.502,P均<0.05)。观察组的管理满意度为96.00%(24/25),高于常规组的76.00%(19/25),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.153,P<0.05)。结论精神科护士安全管理中纳入人文关怀,可提高管理质量及关怀能力,管理满意度较高。
Objective To explore the application value of humanistic care in the safety management of psychiatric nurses.Methods A total of twenty-five psychiatric nurses who served in the Second People's Hospital of Liaoyuan City from May 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into routine group and ob-servation group according to different management methods.From May 2022 to May 2023,the implementation of rou-tine management was set as the routine group.From June 2023 to June 2024,the implementation of nurses'humanis-tic care was set as the observation group.The two groups of nurses were the same group.The management quality,hu-manistic care score and management satisfaction of nurses under different modes were compared.Results The man-agement quality of the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(both P<0.05).In the observation group,the scores of humanistic care knowledge,humanistic care ability,humanistic care perception and humanistic care concept were 33.11±0.51,33.17±0.56,38.21±0.58 and 33.14±0.55,respectively,which were higher than 32.72±0.57,32.75±0.54,37.77±0.51,32.74±0.58 in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.550,2.699,2.849,2.502,all P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%(24/25),which was higher than 76.00%(19/25)of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.153,P<0.05).Conclusion The inclusion of humanistic care in the safety management of psychiatric nurses can improve the management quality and caring ability,and the management satis-faction is high.
