摘要
目的探讨精神科护士人文关怀护理能力与护患信任度的相关性。方法采用护生人文关怀能力量表（NHCAS）和护患关系信任度量表（NPTS）对500例住院精神病患者进行调查。结果精神病患者NH-CAS总分为（133．37±17．38）分，NPTS总分为（123．56±15．69）分；Pearson相关分析显示，NHCAS量表得分值与NPTS量表得分值呈正相关性（r=0．581，P〈0．01），回归分析显示，人文关怀能力可解释护患信任度变异性的42．2％（调整R^2=0．422，F=363．59，P〈0．01）。结论人文关怀护理能力是护患信任度的预测因素。
Objective To explore the correlation between humanistic care and patient trust in psychiatric nur-ses. Methods A total of 500 inpatients with mental illness were investigated using the nursing students humanistic ca-ring ability scale （ NHCAS） and Nurse-Patient Relationship Trust Scale （ NPTS） . Results The total score of NHCAS for psychiatric patients was （133.37±17.38） points. The total score of NPTS for psychiatric patients was （123.56± 15.69） points. Pearson correlation analysis showed that the scores of NHCAS scale and NPTS scale were positively cor-related （ r=0.581, P〈0.01 ） . Regression analysis showed that humanistic care to explain the trust variability of 42.2% nurses and patients adjustment （adjustment R2=0.422, F=363.59, P〈0.01）. Conclusions Humanistic care ability is a predictive factor of patient trust.
