摘要
针对变电站防误信息接入调控系统在实际应用中存在的问题,研发一种电网调控远方操作防误信息接入管理技术。提出的电网调控远方操作防误信息接入管理技术包含防误信息点表线上编辑和预校验技术、防误信息文件规范化管理技术以及防误信息自动验收技术。某地区电网通过对该技术的实际应用,提升了对电网调控远方操作防误信息全过程接入的安全性,缩短了防误信息的验收调试时间,证明了所提出技术的实用性与有效性。
This paper develops an error-proof information access management technology for remote operation of power grid regulation and control to address the problems that exist in the practical application of error-proof information access to the regulation and control system in substations.This paper proposes an error-proof information access management technology for remote operation of power grid regulation and control,which includes error-proof information point table online editing and pre-calibration technology,error-proof information file standardization management technology and error-proof information automatic acceptance technology.The practical application of this technology in a regional power grid improves the security of accessing error-proof information in the whole process of remote operation of power grid regulation and control,shortens the acceptance and commissioning time of error-proof information,and proves the practicality and effectiveness of the technology proposed in this paper.
