摘要
开发出一套新型调控智能防误操作票系统。介绍了本套系统主要功能;分析了调控智能防误操作票系统关键技术。指出该系统成票过程实现自动推理与专家经验有效结合,使得成票结果有效性、适应性增强;智能成票过程不仅包括常规五防校核,还融入在线安全分析、监控信息分析以及调控一体化等防误校核;而且本系统还具备调度区票令向监控区免电话流转以及监控区自动成票功能。最后结合河北南部电网,对该系统应用过程进行说明。目前该系统已获得河北南部电网调度工作人员认可,其可行性较高。
A new type of anti-misoperation ticket in integrated dispatching and control system is developed. The main functions of the system are introduced. The key technologies thereof are. analyzed. The automatic reasoning and combining expert experience has resulted into ticket validity, adaptive enhancement. Intelligence into ticket process not only includes five regular check, also is integrated into the online security analysis, monitoring information analysis, error checking, such as making false proof system more complete and comprehensive, so as to ensure the correctness of the operation ticket. This system also has the functions of dispatching area,making free telephone transfer as well as monitoring and automatic monitoring zone into a ticket. Application process is displayed in Hebei southern power grid. The system has obtained the recognition of power grid scheduling staff,has higher feasibility.
