摘要
智能制造产业是制造强国战略的重要支柱,也是国家大力发展的重点产业,推进智能制造,人才是关键环节。“一主多元、三促四融”人才培养模式紧盯智能制造产业人才需求,分析研究了当前产业学院人才培养模式现状,从一个主体、多元力量、三平台促进和四融合发展方面,对人才培养模式进行了创新探索和实践,并梳理总结了该模式运行近四年所取得的成效和创新亮点。实践表明,该模式有效推动了校企多维合作,促进了产教深度融合,提升了学生综合能力,实现了协同育人目的。
The intelligent manufacturing industry is a crucial pillar of the strategy for building a strong manufacturing nation and is a key industry.In promoting intelligent manufacturing,talent is a critical link.The"One Main,Multiple Diversified;Three Promotions,Four Integrations"talent cultivation model closely focuses on the talent demands of the intelligent manufacturing industry.It analyzes and studies the current status of talent training models in industrial colleges.This model innovatively explores and practices talent cultivation from the perspectives of one main body,multiple forces,three platforms for promotion,and four integrated developments.It also summarizes the achievements and innovative highlights obtained from nearly four years of operation of this model.Practice shows that this model effectively promotes multidimensional cooperation between schools and enterprises,facilitates deep integration of industry and education,enhances students'comprehensive abilities,and achieves the goal of collaborative education.
