摘要
碳纤维管材以其强度高、耐腐蚀、质量轻等优点,被广泛应用。弯头作为重要的连接配件,其加工过程仍主要依靠人工手动或半自动,效率较低,严重影响和制约了碳纤维复合材料的发展。所以,研发智能化弯头自动缠绕机显得尤为重要。在国内外现有缠绕技术基础上,设计一种更具有创新性的全自动弯头缠绕机,利用滑轨与滚珠丝杠结构组合的形式,实现x、y、z三方向水平滑移的基础运动,结合机械臂与控制程序的配合实现胶液的供应,组合为螺旋运动,实现自动缠绕。从而将手动、半自动作业升级为全自动智能化作业,在保证产品质量的前提下,进一步降低生产成本,提高生产效率,取代传统的生产工艺,顺应“中国制造2025”发展战略下传统生产方式的更新换代形势,适应市场需求。
Carbon fiber pipe is widely used for its advantages of high strength,corrosion resistance and light quality.As an important connecting part,the processing process of the elbow is still mainly manual or semi-automatic,with low efficiency,which seriously affects and restricts the development of carbon fiber composites.Therefore,the research and development of intelligent elbow automatic winding machine,it is particularly important.On the basis of the existing winding technology at home and abroad,a more innovative automatic elbow winding machine is designed,using the combination of slide and ball screw structure,the horizontal slip movement of x,y,z three direction is realized,combined with the mechanical arm and control program to realize the supply of glue,by combining spiral movements,automatic winding is achieved.Thus,the manual and semi-automatic operation can be upgraded to automatic intelligent operation.On the premise of ensuring product quality,it can further reduce the production cost,improve the production efficiency,replace the traditional production process,adapt to the upgrading situation of the traditional production mode under the"Made in China 2025"development strategy,and adapt to the market demand.
