本文全面探究了机器视觉技术在粗糙度检测中的应用及发展,详细阐述了接触式检测方法(比较法、印模法、触针法)和非接触式检测方法(光切法、光散射法)的原理和优缺点,深入分析了机器视觉技术中边缘拟合、分形维数、Tamura算法和机器学习在粗糙度检测的应用原理及方式,探讨了现存的问题并对未来发展进行了展望,为粗糙度检测技术的发展提供了理论与实践的参考。
This article comprehensively explores the application and development of machine vision technology in roughness detection,elaborating on the principles and advantages and disadvantages of contact detection methods(comparison method,impression method,touch needle method)and non-contact detection methods(light cutting method,light scattering method).It deeply analyzes the application principles and methods of edge fitting,fractal dimension,Tamura algorithm,and machine learning in roughness detection in machine vision technology,explores existing problems,and looks forward to future development,providing theoretical and practical references for the development of roughness detection technology.
