预埋角钢连接件装配式梁板节点抗震性能试验研究

摘要 为提升预埋角钢连接件装配式梁板节点抗震性能,文中对现浇梁板及预埋角钢连接件装配式梁板节点的刚度退化性能、骨架曲线、延性性能及耗散性能进行试验研究。结果表明,现浇梁板节点构件的初始刚度值为16.8 kN/mm,高于预埋角钢连接件装配式梁板构件仅15.4 kN/mm,降幅为8.3%。现浇梁板与预埋角钢连接件装配式梁板节点耗散能-位移曲线均表现为阶梯式递增的变化规律,现浇梁板节点构件最终的累计耗散能值为12559 kN·mm,高于预埋角钢连接件装配式梁板构件仅为11620 kN·mm,降幅为7.5%。现浇梁板节点构件的峰值荷载为123 kN,预埋角钢连接件装配式梁板构件的峰值荷载为105 kN,降幅为14.6%。预埋角钢连接件装配式梁板节点构件的延性性能较好,承载性能及抗变形能力略低。 In order to improve the seismic performance of prefabricated beam-plate joints with embedded Angle steel connectors,the stiffness degradation properties,skeleton curves,ductility properties and dissipation properties of cast-in-place beam-plate joints and prefabricated beam-plate joints with embedded Angle steel connectors were investigated experimentally.The results show that the initial stffness value of the cast-in-place beam plate joint member is 16.8 kN/mm,which is higher than that of the prefabricated beam plate member of the embedded Angle steel connector is only 15.4 kN/mm,and the reduction is 8.3%.The dissipative energy-displacement curves of cast-in-place beam plate and prefabricated beam plate joints of embedded Angle steel connectors show a stepped-type change law.The final cumulative dissipative energy of cast-in-place beam plate joints is 12559 kN·mm,which is higher than that of prefabricated beam plate members of embedded Angle steel connectors,only 11620 kN·mm,with a decrease of 7.5%.The peak load of cast-in-place beam and plate joint members is 123 kN,and the peak load of prefabricated beam and plate members with embedded Angle steel connectors is 105 kN,which is reduced by 14.6%.The prefabricated beam-plate joint members with embedded Angle steel connectors have better ductility and lower bearing capacity and deformationresistance.
