摘要
随着实验室检测技术的不断发展,二代基因测序技术-宏基因组学技术越来越受到实验研究与临床应用的重视,其在临床感染性疾病,尤其是呼吸道感染性疾病的诊断中发挥十分重要的作用.mNGS在接受放化疗合并肺部感染的恶性肿瘤患者中具有非常广泛的应用前景.通过mNGS技术,可以对患者肺部感染的微生物进行全面、高通量的检测,包括细菌、病毒、真菌,有助于快速、准确地确定感染的病原体,指导医生选择合适的抗感染治疗方案,提高治疗效果,减少抗生素的滥用.
With the continuous development of laboratory detection technology,the second-generation gene sequencing technology-metagenomics technology has attracted more and more attention in experimental research and clinical application,and plays a very important role in the diagnosis of clinical infectious diseases,especially respiratory infectious diseases.MNGS has a very broad application prospect in patients with malignant tumor complicated with lung infection after radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Through mNGS technology,we can comprehensively and Qualcomm-quantitatively detect the microorganisms of patients with pulmonary infection,including bacteria,viruses and fungi,which is helpful to quickly and accurately determine the pathogens of infection,guide doctors to choose appropriate anti-infection treatment schemes,improve the treatment effect and reduce the abuse of antibiotics.
