摘要
呼末二氧化碳(ETCO_(2))模块的曲线监测具有监测通气和反映循环功能,是麻醉手术、呼吸和重症病人的重要监测指标之一。在标准大气压760mmHg时,ETCO_(2)正常值为38mmHg,但超过45mmHg时会提示通气量不足,因此,为满足检测要求,需配制不同浓度的CO_(2)。本文针对目前国内现有的检定装置在气路电磁阀关闭时无法及时泄压,造成气体回流,影响配气端口浓度的问题进行改进和试验验证。结果表明:改进后的配气气体管道系统可确保CO_(2)的浓度及流速的稳定性。
The curve monitoring of end-breath carbon dioxide(ETCO_(2)) module has the function of monitoring ventilation and reflecting circulation, and is one of the important monitoring indexes for anesthesia surgery, respiratory and critical patients.When the standard atmospheric pressure is 760mmHg, the normal value of ETCO_(2) is 38mmHg, but when it exceeds 45mmHg, it will indicate insufficient ventilation.Therefore, in order to meet the detection requirements, different concentrations of CO_(2) need to be prepared.In this paper, the existing verification devices in China can not relieve pressure in time when the gas solenoid valve is closed, resulting in gas backflow and affecting the concentration of the valve port.The results show that the improved gas piping system can ensure the stability of CO_(2) concentration and flow rate.
