摘要
人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染女性常出于对宫颈病变相关发展转归及疾病性传播属性的担忧而产生一系列不良社会心理状态,不仅增加重复感染与宫颈进一步病变的可能性,还会严重影响感染者的心理健康状况,降低生活质量。通过梳理国内外相关研究现状,全面综述HPV感染女性的不良社会心理状态及影响因素,进一步探讨不良社会心理状态对疾病转归的影响机制与干预策略。在国内外研究中,受到个体因素、社会因素等多维度因素的影响,HPV感染女性普遍存在负面情绪反应、性心理转变以及社会适应能力下降等。不良社会心理状态通过影响神经内分泌和神经免疫等途径,进而对病毒清除和治疗效果造成一定影响。为改善HPV感染女性的不良社会心理状态,应结合其个体特征,从认知、心理、行为3个层面共同干预,从而达到更好的干预效果。
Women infected with human papillomavirus(HPV)often experience a range of adverse sociopsychological states due to concerning about the progression of cervical lesions and the sexually transmitted characteristic of the virus.These concerns not only increase the likelihood of reinfection and further cervical lesions but also significantly impact the mental health of infected individuals,lowering their quality of life.This article reviews both domestic and international research on the adverse sociopsychological states of HPV-infected women,examining the influencing factors,mechanisms,and coping strategies.Studies have shown that,under the influence of various individual and social factors,HPV-infected women frequently experience negative emotional reactions,psychosexual changes,and reduced social adaptability.These factors,in turn,influence viral clearance and treatment outcomes through neuroendocrine and neuroimmune pathways.To mitigate these adverse sociopsychological states,interventions should be tailored to the individual's characteristics,addressing cognitive,psychological,and behavioral aspects to achieve more effective outcomes.
