摘要
随着科技的不断进步,智能制造成为了全球制造业的发展趋势。在铜冶炼领域,电解工艺是提取纯铜的关键环节。传统的电解工艺始极片剥离技术存在着生产效率低、成本高等问题。因此,实现电解始极片剥片机组的智能化成为了铜冶炼行业的重要课题。本文以江铜集团贵溪冶炼厂为例,介绍了电解始极片剥片机组的生产实践。第一,分析了传统电解工艺的弊端,以及在此基础上进行智能化升级的必要性。其次,详细描述了智能化始极片剥片机组的实施思路、工艺流程、技术创新点、剥片工艺装置及工艺方法。第二,通过实际生产数据,展示了智能化始极片剥片机组在提高生产效率、降低能耗以及提高产品质量等方面的优势。最后,总结了铜冶炼电解智能化始极片剥片机组生产实践的优势。
With the continuous progress of science and technology,intelligent manufacturing has become a global trend in the manufacturing industry.In the field of copper smelting,electrolysis process is the key of link to extract pure copper.The traditional electrolysis process with electrolytic strip extraction technology suffers from low production efficiency and high costs.Therefore,the intelligence of electrolytic strip extraction set has become an important issue in the copper smelting industry.Taking Jiangxi Copper Group GuiXi Smelting Plant as an example,this article introduces the production practice of the intelligent electrolytic strip extraction set.Firstly,it analyzes the disadvantages of traditional electrolysis process and the necessity of intelligent upgrading based on it.Secondly,it explains the implementation idea,process flow,technological innovation points,strip extraction process set and process method of the intelligent electrolytic strip extraction set.Thirdly,it demonstrates the advantages of the intelligent electrolytic strip extraction set in improving production efficiency,reducing energy consumption and improving product quality through actual production data.Finally,it summarizes the advantages of the intelligent electrolytic strip extraction set production practice in copper smelting electrolysis.
