摘要
金冠铜业电解车间选用不锈钢永久阴极电解工艺,配置2套机器人式高速剥片机组,前期电铜质量及剥片机组生产日均负荷基本稳定,后期出现了电铜剥离困难、剥离次数多、机组故障率高等问题,每天比设计时间晚两个小时结束作业。通过长时间的观察分析及验证,发现影响电铜剥离率的主要因素:电铜物料差;阴极板质量保障低;机组设备存在故障及缺陷;生产管理及操作不到位。通过对以上影响因素改进和完善,前期铜一次剥离率达到93%,后期铜一次剥离率达到84%,作业时间达到设计标准,每年新增效益超过80万元。
Stainless steel permanent cathode electrolysis process was adopted in the electrolysis workshop of Golden Crown Copper Company,and equipped with two sets of robotic high-speed stripping units.In the early stage,the quality of cathode copper and the average daily load of stripping unit were basically stable;in the later stage,the problems such as difficulty in stripping cathode copper,more stripping times,and high failure rate of the unit occurred.Through long-term observation,analysis and verification,the main factors affecting the stripping rate of cathode copper were found,which were unqualified cathode copper,unqualified cathode plate,faults and defects of the equipments and lax production and operation management.Through the improving the affecting factors,the primary copper stripping rate reached 93%in the early stage,and 84%in the later period;the working time reached the design standard;the annual additional benefit exceeded 800 000 yuan.
