摘要
水是生存之本、文明之源,生态环境建设与水资源保护利用之间存在密不可分的联系,二者协同发展对经济高质量发展有着重要现实意义。基于此,本文立足于生态环境建设与水资源的保护利用,围绕二者关系展开论述,并探讨二者协同发展的有效策略,以期加速促进生态环境建设,助力实现人水和谐魅力中国的建设发展。
Water is the source of survival and the source of civilization.There is an inseparable connection between ecological environment construction and water resources protection and utilization.The coordinated development of the two has important practical significance for high-quality economic development.Based on this,this paper will focus on the ecological environment construction and the protection and utilization of water resources,discuss the relationship between the two,and discuss the effective measures for the coordinated development of the two Just then,in order to accelerate the promotion of ecological environment construction,help to realize the harmonious charm of people and water in China's construction and development.
