摘要
水资源是重要的自然资源,对社会发展、民众生活具有突出影响,所以人们应以生态环境建设为目标,对水资源进行保护和利用。本文以生态环境建设与水资源保护利用的辩证关系为切入点,分析生态环境建设视角下水资源保护和利用存在的不足以及应对建议,就提升水资源保护的全面性、加强水资源保护联动、丰富水资源利用方式、兼顾水资源利用与生态环境建设等措施进行了具体分析,以期服务未来各地的生态环境建设和水资源管理活动。
Water resource is an important natural resource,which has a prominent impact on social development and people’s life.To the ecological environment construction as the goal,it is also required to do a good job in the protection and utilization of water resources.Based on the dialectical relationship between ecological environment construction and water resource protection and utilization,this paper analyzes the deficiencies of water resource protection and utilization from the perspective of ecological environment construction as well as countermeasures,and makes specific analysis on measures to improve the comprehensibility of water resource protection,strengthen the linkage of water resource protection,enrich the ways of water resource utilization,and take into account water resource utilization and ecological environment construction,in order to serve the future ecological environment construction and water resources management activities.
