“土木工程+AI”本科人才培养现状分析

摘要 人工智能(AI)技术发展迅猛且应用广泛,在各行各业都展现出巨大潜力和价值。目前,随着AI向更高阶段的通用人工智能(AGI)进化,其对各学科的影响势必更为深入,且与前序AI初级阶段有着本质不同。土木工程作为最古老的学科之一,如何将AI融入人才培养以应对新挑战和把握新机遇,已成为该学科急需摸索和回答的关键问题。鉴于此,首先搜集100所高校(国内50所,国外50所)在土木工程学科的本科人才培养方案,进而对培养方案进行比较和总结,分析国内外高校在土木工程学科融入人工智能本科教育方面的现状与不足。最后,提出人才培养方案改革策略,为土木工程学科AGI时代人才培养提供参考。 The rapid development and wide application of Artificial Intelligence(AI)technology have shown tremendous potential and value across various industries.Currently,as AI evolves towards a higher stage of Artificial General Intelligence(AGI),its impact on various disciplines is bound to deepen,presenting fundamentally different challenges and opportunities from the initial stages of AI.Civil engineering,being one of the oldest disciplines,is now urgent to answer the key question of how to cultivate students for unprecedented challenges and opportunities under the empowerment of AGI.This paper first collects the undergraduate training programs of 100 universities around the world(50 domestic and 50 international)in the discipline of civil engineering,compares and summarizes these programs,and analyzes the current state and deficiencies of integrating AI education into civil engineering disciplines at home and abroad.Based on this,it proposes reform strategies for undergraduate training programs,offering a reference for evolvement of the civil engineering discipline in the era of AGI.
