摘要
风口产业招商引资是加快经济发展的有力抓手。运用产业机会理论、新兴产业区位理论及招商引资理论分析了洛阳风口产业招商引资实践,发现存在以下问题:把握风口产业发展规律不够精准、把握风口产业窗口机会不够娴熟、谋划风口产业发展存在不足、高效风口产业招商运作机制尚待建立。提出增强把握风口产业发展规律能力、强化把握风口产业窗口机会能力、大力提升谋划风口产业发展能力、构建高效风口产业招商运作机制的对策。研究结论对强化洛阳风口产业招商引资能力具有很强的实践指导价值。
The investment promotion of tuyere industry is a powerful approach to accelerate economic development.This paper analyzes the investment promotion practice of Luoyang tuyere industry by using the theory of industrial opportunity,the theory of emerging industry location and the theory of investment attraction.The results show that there are some problems such as insufficient mastery of the development law of tuyere industry,inexperienced awareness in seizing opportunities window of the tuyere industry,insufficient planning for the development of the tuyere industry,and the need to establish an efficient operation mechanism for attracting investment in tuyere industry.This research proposes suggestions to enhance the ability to grasp the development law of tuyere industry,strengthen the ability to grasp the window opportunity,vigorously improve the ability to plan the development,and construct the investment promotion operation mechanism of high-efficiency tuyere industry.The research conclusion has a strong practical guiding value for strengthening the investment promotion ability of Luoyang tuyere industry.
