摘要
痰不仅是一种病理产物,还可以导致多种疾病的发生。回顾中医痰病学的发展史,中医痰病学内容丰富、源远流长,并且根植于临床实践,具有很强的实用性。二陈汤是祛痰基础方,其化裁方亦可随证治疗各种类型的痰证。文章结合古籍文献,从中医痰证的演变过程分析常用二陈汤加减方剂在各类痰证的治疗意义,供临床借鉴学习。
