数字化转型不仅推动了机械制造业供应链整合和提升了整体供应链绩效,还引发了企业内部一系列实质性的变革,特别是在人才管理方面。数字化转型要求企业吸引和留住具备数字技能的人才,并通过战略、组织结构和文化的调整来支持这一转变。数字化转型不仅是技术的投资,更是商业模式和组织文化的深刻变革。为了成功实现数字化转型,企业需要制定新的人力资源战略,提升员工的数字技能,并通过战略行动等方法来管理复杂性。此外,还讨论了中国机械制造业在人才供需方面的挑战,包括人才缺口、人才培养与企业需求脱节等问题,并提出了相应的应对措施。
This article examines the impact of digital transformation on the supply and demand of talent in China's machinery manufacturing industry and proposes corresponding strategies.It highlights that digital transformation not only promotes supply chain integration and enhances overall supply chain performance but also triggers a series of substantial changes within enterprises,particularly in talent management.Digital transformation requires companies to attract and retain talent with digital skills and to support this transition through adjustments in strategy,organizational structure,and culture.Digital transformation is not merely an investment in technology but also a profound change in business models and organizational culture.To successfully achieve digital transformation,enterprises need to develop new human resource strategies,enhance employees'digital skills,and manage complexity through methods such as strategic action.Additionally,the challenges in the supply and demand of talent in China's machinery manufacturing industry,including talent gaps and the mismatch between talent cultivation and enterprise needs,and suggests appropriate measures to address these issues.
