基于离散元方法的石油焦颗粒接触参数标定

Calibration Experiments of Petroleum Coke Particle Contact Parameters Based on the Discrete Element Method

摘要 厘清石油焦物性及接触参数对于理解料罐内石油焦下降运动规律至关重要。采用斜板碰撞实验技术测定了石油焦与钢板、石油焦与硅砖及石油焦之间的恢复系数均值分别为0.400、0.595、0.608。通过斜面抬升法测定了石油焦与钢板、石油焦与硅砖的静摩擦系数分别为0.368、0.599。基于固定漏斗实验法与离散元仿真技术,采用Box-Behnken实验设计方法标定了石油焦颗粒之间的静摩擦系数为0.415,石油焦与钢板、石油焦与硅砖及石油焦颗粒之间的滚动摩擦系数分别为0.036、0.050、0.042。漏斗物理实验和仿真计算获得的堆积角误差<0.5%,研究可为罐式炉内颗粒运动行为提供理论及数据支撑。 Clarifying the physical properties and contact parameters of petroleum coke was crucial for understanding the descent motion of petroleum coke in the vertical shaft calciner.In this study,the inclined plate collision experiment technique was used to determine the average restitution coefficients of petroleum coke with steel plate,silica brick,and between petroleum coke,which were 0.400,0.595,and 0.608,respectively.The static friction coefficients between petroleum coke and the steel plates,petroleum coke and silica bricks were determined to be 0.368 and 0.599,respectively,using the inclined plane lifting method.Based on the fixed funnel experiment method and discrete element simulation technology,using the Box-Behnken experimental design method to calibrate the static friction coefficients between petroleum coke particles were 0.415,as well as the rolling friction coefficients of petroleum coke with steel plate,silica brick,and petroleum coke particles were 0.036,0.050,and 0.042,respectively.The error in the stacking angle obtained from the funnel physical experiment and simulation calculation was less than 0.5%.This research can provide theoretical and data support for the particle movement behavior in the vertical shaft calciner.
