摘要
本文基于煤炭检测行业发展历程,着重分析了数字化技术在采样、制样、化验及质量控制等关键环节中的应用。通过引入大数据、机器人和人工智能等先进技术,煤炭检测的精度、效率和可追溯性得到了显著提升,同时有效降低了检测成本和能源消耗。相关技术进步推动了煤炭检测行业向更高效、精准和协同的方向发展。未来,数字化技术将进一步推动煤炭检测向智能化、集成化和实时化迈进。
Based on the development history of the coal testing industry,this paper analyzes the integration of digital technologies into key processes such as sampling,sample preparation,laboratory analysis and quality control.The adoption of advanced technologies like big data,robotics,and artificial intelligence has significantly enhanced the precision,efficiency,and traceability of coal testing while effectively reducing costs and energy consumption.These innovations are propelling the industry towards higher levels of efficiency,accuracy and collaboration.Looking ahead,this paper envisions digital technologies further advancing the coal testing industry toward greater intelligence,integration and sustainability.
