摘要
煤质检验检测是确保煤炭高效、清洁利用及供需双方利益的重要手段,检验检测主要包括采样、制样和化验3个环节,其中采样环节是检测误差最主要的来源,也是人工作业环境最差、劳动强度最高、人身安全隐患最大的环节,因此,优化采样环节是提高煤炭检验检测水平的关键所在。力鸿检验集团有限公司自主研发煤炭智能采样系统,该系统主要由传统机采设备和升级赋能模块组成,通过创新研发全过程煤流监测、智能封装标记、故障智能分析、视觉识别监控和信息化等功能,实现了人工劳动强度大幅降低,人与样品、人与数据双隔离,避免了人为干预,确保了样品质量安全。该系统保证了检验检测结果客观、准确,提高了第三方检验检测机构在煤炭检验检测领域的公信力。
Coal quality inspection is an important means to ensure the efficient and clean coal utilization and to protect the interests of both suppliers and consumers. The inspection mainly consists of three phases: sampling, sample preparation, and testing.Among these, the sampling phase is the primary source of testing errors. It also happens to be the most labor-intensive, challenging,and potentially hazardous phase. As such, optimizing this phase is crucial to enhance coal quality inspection standards. Leon Inspection Group Co., Ltd. has independently developed an intelligent coal sampling system, which primarily integrates traditional mechanical sampling equipment with enhanced modules. Through innovative research and development, the company has introduced functions like comprehensive coal flow monitoring, intelligent packaging and labeling, smart fault analysis, visual recognition monitoring, and digital information management. As a result, the system has drastically reduced manual labor intensity, ensured the double isolation of humans from samples and data, minimized human interference, and ensured the safety and quality of the samples. This system ensures objective and accurate test results, enhancing the credibility of third-party inspection agencies in the coal quality testing domain.
