三维激光扫描系统在工业建筑建设中的应用

摘要 针对工业建筑工程的施工技术及其测量问题,分析了三维激光扫描技术的坐标系统和坐标转换,提出了移动式的三维激光扫描系统,解决了工业建筑设计和施工技术的安全问题和测量精度问题,实现了三维激光扫描仪的数字测绘技术对建筑施工的重要测量技术。将点云数据拼接方法与真实测量数据进行差值比较,得出点云标靶球拼接法的偏差值最大为10 mm,进而表明三维激光扫描技术能提高工业建筑结构的施工精确性。 Aiming at the construction technology and measurement problems of industrial building engineering, the coordinate system and coordinate transformation of 3D laser scanning technology are analyzed, and a mobile 3D laser scanning system is proposed, which solves the safety problems and measurement accuracy problems of industrial building design and construction technology, and realizes the important measurement technology of 3D laser scanner digital mapping technology for building construction. By comparing the difference between the point cloud data splicing method and the real measurement data, the deviation value of the point cloud target ball splicing method is up to 10 mm, which indicates that the 3D laser scanning technology can improve the construction accuracy of industrial building structures.
