摘要
针对传统煤矿巷道变形测量方法误差较大、精度低等不足,提出了一种基于三维激光扫描技术的巷道变形测量方法。通过分析三维激光测距原理,构建了巷道空间坐标系,利用三维激光扫描仪来获取巷道的点云数据,采用统计滤波对点云中的离群点进行处理,运用迭代最近点(ICP)算法完成点云配准,从而实现巷道的重构与变形测量。实验结果表明:巷道左帮变形较小,最大变形量为0.4 mm,平均测量误差为8.56%;顶板变形相对较大,最大变形量为1.68 mm,平均测量误差为5.38%;该测量方法灵活性高、检测速度较快、精度高且误差低,满足实际测量要求。
In order to overcome the shortage of large error and low accuracy in traditional coal mine roadway deformation measurement method,a roadway deformation measurement method based on three-dimensional laser scanning technology is presented.By analyzing the principle of three-dimensional laser ranging,the spatial coordinate system of roadway is constructed,the point cloud data of roadway is obtained by three-dimensional laser scanner,the abnormal outliers in the point cloud are processed by statistical filter,and the point cloud registration is implemented by Iterative Closest Point algorithm,thus the roadway reconstruction and deformation measurement are achieved.The results show that the left side of the roadway has a small deformation,the maximum deformation is 0.4 mm,and the average measurement error is 8.56%.The roof deformation is relatively large,the maximum is 1.68 mm,and the average measurement error is 5.38%.This measurement method has high flexibility,fast detection speed,high accuracy and low error,and meets the requirements of actual measurement.
