基于超氧化物的化学氧呼吸器研究进展

摘要 化学氧呼吸器作为一种个体防护和应急救援设备,具有生产成本低、佩戴简易、轻巧便携、供氧量灵活等特性,在矿山安全与消防安全领域应用广泛。为解决目前化学氧呼吸器普遍存在的供氧温度过高、防护时间不足、本体安全性不强、舒适度过低等问题,以超氧化物型化学氧呼吸器为研究对象,介绍了该类呼吸器的系统组成与工作原理,阐述了近年来该类化学氧呼吸器在降低吸气温度、延长防护时间、提高安全性能、改善呼吸舒适度等方面的研究进展,并在此基础上,提出了化学氧呼吸器的未来发展方向。 As a personal protection and emergency rescue equipment,chemical oxygen self-rescuers have been widely used in mine and fire safety fields due to their outstanding features like low production cost,ease of donning,high portability with lightweight,and flexible oxygen supply duration.To resolve prevalent issues in existing chemical oxygen self-rescuers,including elevated oxygen supply temperatures,insufficient protection duration,compromised intrinsic safety,and suboptimal comfort,endeavors are underway to improve their operational performance.The focus of this review is on the development of chemical oxygen self-rescuers based on superoxide.The system components and operational principle of the self-rescuers are outlined,with a detailed introduction of the research progress in reducing the temperature of inhaled gas,prolonging protection durations,enhancing safety performance,and improving respiratory comfort.Finally,future development directions for the chemical oxygen self-rescuers are proposed.
