摘要
为了分析无量山古茶树的光合特性,本研究以无量山镇、宝华镇、小湾东镇和碧溪镇4个乡镇的16棵典型古茶树为研究对象,对其生长状况进行考察,采用手持式光合作用测量系统(CI-340)测定每棵古茶树的净光合速率(P_(n))、气孔导度(G_(s))、胞间二氧化碳浓度(C_(i))和蒸腾速率(T_(r))等光合特性指标。结果表明,16棵古茶树叶片光合指标之间存在显著差异(P<0.05),5个指标相关性除C_(i)与P_(n)和G_(s)、WUE与P_(n)不一致外,其他指标两两之间均表现为显著相关;P_(n)和T_(r)可作为反映这4个乡镇的古茶树适应生境的重要光合指标;16棵古茶树划分为4类,初步筛选出‘马扎福地1号’、‘回龙山2号’和‘茶花树1号’生长状况表现较优,其光合特性指标也较优异;而‘马扎福地3号’、‘马扎福地2号’和‘回龙山1号’的生长状况表现和光合特性指标都较差,应对其采取一定农艺措施来改善树势弱和光合能力不强的古茶树。本研究探讨无量山典型的不同古茶树光合特性的差异以及其之间的内在联系,探究不同古茶树适应高中山生境所表现出的光合生理特性,以期为促进无量山古茶树合理布局及改善茶树管理提供一定的理论依据。
In order to analyze the photosynthetic characteristics of ancient tea plants among Wuliang Mountain,16 typical ancient tea trees from four townships,namely Wuliangshan Town,Baohua Town,Xiaowandong Town and Bixi Town,were selected and used in this study.The growth conditions of the tea plants were investigated,and the net photosynthetic rate(P_(n)),stomatal conductance(G_(s)),intercellular carbon dioxide concentration(C_(i))and the transpiration rate(T_(r))were measured by handheld photosynthesis measurement system(CI-340).The results showed that there had significant differences(P<0.05)among the photosynthetic indicators among 16 samples;the correlations between the five indicators were significant,except for the relation of C_(i)with Pn and Gs,and WUE with P_(n);P_(n)and T_(r)could be used as important photosynthetic indicators to reflect the habitat;the 16 samples could be divided into 4 categories,and the preliminary screening showed that'Mazafudi1','Huilongshan2'and'Chahuashu1'had better growth performance and their photosynthetic characteristics were also better,while the growth performance and photosynthetic characteristics of'Mazafudi3','Mazafudi2'and'Huilongshan1'was poor,and certain agronomic measures should be taken to improve the weakness and photosynthetic characteristics of these trees.This paper,based on the studying the differences in photosynthetic characteristics of different ancient tea trees typical of the Wuliang Mountain and their interrelationships,focused on the photosynthetic physiological characteristics of different ancient tea trees adapting to high mountain habitats,tried to provide a theoretical basis for promoting a rational layout of ancient tea trees and improving tea tree management in the Wuliang Mountain.
