摘要
马铁明教授认为颈源性头痛可引发患者生物、心理等不适症状,结合颈源性头痛的病因、病位,并基于“经筋”理论,提出“三纵一横”取穴方法,即通过针刺督脉纵、足太阳膀胱经颈段纵、枕骨缘治疗颈源性头痛。“三纵”选取督脉之百会、大椎、阿是穴以醒脑开窍止痛,对侧膀胱经之天柱、大杼以舒筋壮骨,改善颈部至头部经络通道顺畅,“一横”选取枕骨缘安眠、风池、哑门、完骨以安神活血止痛,意在沟通头部两侧的气血运行,取穴横纵交织,有安神定志、行气止痛之功,提升针刺治疗颈源性头痛的良性效用。临证上述取穴方法并结合六经辨证论治选取配穴,运用通络调神针法治疗,疗效显著,附医案一则加以佐证。
