摘要
针刺疗法治疗颈源性头痛方法多样,有单纯针刺疗法、针刀、银质针疗法、温针灸、腹针及综合疗法等多种治疗方法。循证医学表明,针刺疗法较传统中医疗法具有更好的临床效果,综合疗法与单一治疗手段相比临床效果更好,且针刺辨证选穴穴位及阳性反应点时效果显著。但仍存在部分问题需要解决:目前颈源性头痛的发病机制仍不明确;针刺治疗时选穴标准不一、多具有主观性;研究样本量较少、文献质量参差不齐;研究结果真伪有待考证。因此,大量本、多中心的随机对照研究对于探讨颈源性头痛的发病机制、选穴规律、系统治疗有着重大的意义。
Acupuncture therapy has various methods to treat cervicogenic headache,including simple acupuncture,acupotomy,silver needle therapy,warming needle moxibustion,abdominal acupuncture and comprehensive therapy.Evidence-based medicine shows that acupuncture therapy has better clinical effect than TCM therapy,and comprehensive therapy has better clinical effect than single treatment.Acupuncture has a significant effect in selecting acupoints and positive reaction acupoints based on syndrome differentiation.However,there are still some problems to be solved:At present,the pathogenesis of cervicogenic headache is still unclear.The criteria for selecting acupoints in acupuncture treatment are different and most of them are subjective.The number of research samples is small,and the quality of literature is uneven.The authenticity of the research results needs to be verified.Therefore,a large number of local and multi-center randomized controlled researches are of great significance to explore the pathogenesis,acupoint selection laws and systematic treatment of cervicogenic headache.
