摘要
目的:观察培元育精汤联合腹针引气归元法治疗肾精亏虚型少弱精子症的临床疗效。方法:将符合少弱精子症诊断标准的患者70例,随机分为两组各35例,对照组予左卡尼汀口服液治疗,实验组予培元育精汤口服并联合腹针引气归元疗法治疗。结果:实验组与对照组治疗前后精子密度、精子活力比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组精子指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:培元育精汤联合腹针引气归元法治疗少弱精子症肾精亏虚型疗效较好,且安全。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Peiyuan Yujing Decoction combined with abdominal acupuncture guiding Qi to return to the origin method on oligoasthenospermia with kidney essence deficiency type. Methods:Seventy patients who met the diagnostic criteria of oligoasthenospermia were randomly divided into two groups, with 35 cases in each group. The control group were treated with levocarnitine oral liquid, while the experimental group were treated with Peiyuan Yujing Decoction combined with abdominal acupuncture. Results : There were significant differences in sperm density and sperm motility between the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05). The sperm index of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Peiyuan Yujing Decoction combined with abdominal acupuncture guiding Qi to return to the origin method is effective and safe in the treatment of oligoasthenospermia with kidney essence deficiency type.
