摘要
某采矿单位为缓解可采开拓矿量不足以及接续工程滞后的压力,结合现场生产实际,转变思维,通过构建集约利用矿产资源管控模式,进一步精化、细化、严化资源开采利用管控流程,实现资源高效回收,进而延长矿山服务年限。集约利用矿产资源主要做法就是通过建立精准的矿体三维地质模型和品位台账,因矿生法创新采矿方式,兼顾平衡产量与质量关系,确定最优出矿截止品位管控指标,精细管理,实现资源“集约、节约”开发利用。
In order to alleviate the pressure of insufficient recoverable ore and the lagging behind of the follow-up project,given the actual on-site production,by transforming its thinking,a mining company constructs an intensive utilization of mineral resources control mode,further refining,fine-tuning,and tightening the control process of resource exploitation and utilization,so as to realize the efficient recovery of resources,and then extend the service life of the mine.The main practice of intensive utilization of mineral resources is to establish accurate three-dimensional geological model of the ore body and form a grade ledger,innovate mining methods based on the characteristics of the ore,balance the relationship between production and quality,determine the optimal cut-off grade control indicators,and refine the management to achieve"intensive and economical"development and utilization of resources.
