摘要
为加强矿山生产管理,在总结生产中遇到的重眼前利益,忽视长远发展,重生产过程,轻安全投入等不良生产现象,提出了“六大平衡”系统管理方法。因此,提高了开拓矿量与采准矿量的准备,并从制度上规范管理,提高管理人员管理水平与责任,鼓励技术创新,为保证企业长久发展,提高工作效率,增强企业的经济效益,提供了管理方法支撑。
In order to strengthen the mine production management,summarize the adverse production phenomena such as emphasizing immediate interests,ignoring long-term development,emphasizing production process,and neglecting safety investment in production,the"six major balance"system management method is put forward.Therefore,to improve the preparation of the exploration and mining reserves,standardize the management from the system,improve the management level and responsibility of the management personnel,and encourage technological innovation provide the management method support for ensuring the long-term development of the enterprise,improving the working efficiency and enhancing the economic benefits of the enterprise.
