GO负载ZIF-8粒径调控对环氧树脂复合材料性能的影响

摘要 为了提高环氧树脂(EP)的综合性能,以二维氧化石墨烯(GO)为载体负载不同粒径的ZIF-8颗粒,以ZIF-8@GO作为填料,通过预混合和热模压工艺制备了ZIF-8@GO/EP复合材料,研究了GO表面不同粒径ZIF-8颗粒对复合材料弯曲性能和介电性能的影响。结果表明,随着ZIF-8粒径的减小,复合材料的弯曲强度先减小后增大,而介电常数逐渐增大,介电损耗无明显变化。当ZIF-8平均粒径为79.3nm时,ZIF-8@GO/EP复合材料的弯曲强度最高达85.4MPa,断裂弯曲应变和介电常数分别为3.4%和3.64,综合性能较优。 In order to improve the comprehensive properties of epoxy resin(EP),ZIF-8 particles of different sizes were loaded on the surface of two-dimensional graphene oxide(GO).The ZIF-8@GO/EP composite was prepared by premixing and hot molding process with ZIF-8@GO as the filler,and the effect of the particle sizes of ZIF-8 loading onto GO on the bending and dielectric properties of the composite was studied.The results showed that when the particle size of ZIF-8 reduced,the bending strength of the composite firstly decreased and then increased,the dielectric constant gradually raised,and the dielectric loss didn t change significantly.The bending strength of ZIF-8@GO/EP composite was up to 85.4MPa,and the bending fracture rate and dielectric constant were 3.4%and 3.64,respectively,when the average particle size of ZIF-8 was 79.3nm,and the comprehensive properties of the composite was superior.
