摘要
为实现输变电工程建设的可持续发展目标(SDGs),采用统计分析方法对输变电工程的安全事故进行剖析,运用4M1E方法对风险因素进行分析,基于关联规则挖掘的Apriori算法对风险因素的内在关联进行挖掘。输变电工程施工过程中发生的安全事故是极其致命的,地基施工过程和高处坠落分别是最易发生事故的过程和伤害类型。人的行为是导致事故发生的首要因素,项目管理水平低、安全意识缺乏、风险识别能力差等风险因素之间存在较强的相关性。研究结果表明,收集更详细和多样化的事故报告和案例数据,更多地考虑加权风险因素分析,能获得更加全面和客观的输变电工程安全事故评估结果。
In order to facilitate sustainable development goals(SDGs)in the construction of power transmission and transformation projects,this essay briefly outlines the use of statistical analysis methods in these projects′safety accident analysis.The main points entailed are risk factor analysis via the 4M1E method,and the inter-factor intrinsic correlation mining via association rule mining-based Apriori algorithm.It elaborates the extreme hazardous feature of safety accidents occurring in the construction process of power transmission and transformation projects.It concludes that the foundation construction process and the falling from height process are the most accident-prone process and type of injury,respectively;and human behavior is the primary factor leading to accidents,as there can be found a strong correlation between the risk factors such as the low level of project management,lack of safety awareness,and the poor risk identification ability.It suggests the collection of more detailed and diverse accident reports and case data,and the more consideration to weighted risk factor analysis,which facilitate more comprehensive and objective assessment of project safety accidents.
