原液着色涤纶长丝与染色涤纶长丝的性能研究

摘要 采用显微镜下纤维形貌特征观察法、拉伸测试、耐光色牢度测试三种方法对原液着色涤纶长丝和染色涤纶长丝进行性能研究,分析二者的不同,为后续深入研究鉴别两类长丝的方法奠定基础。结果表明:染色涤纶纵向表面有明显染料颗粒物析出,形态相对粗糙,部分样品横截面呈现色素分布分层的现象,断裂强度相对较低;原液着色涤纶纵向形态较为光滑,横界面色素分布均匀,断裂伸长率相对较高,且耐光色牢度略高于染色样品,色牢度差值在0.5~1.0级之间。 The properties of dope coloring polyester filament and dyed polyester filament were studied using observation method of fiber morphology characteristics under microscope,tensile test,and light fastness test method,and the differences between the two types of filament were analyzed,which laid a foundation for further research on the identification of the two types of filament.The results show that the dyed polyester filament has obvious dye particles on the longitudinal surface,with a rougher texture.Some samples have a layered distribution of pigments in the cross-section,and their tensile strength is lower.The dope coloring polyester filament has a smoother longitudinal texture,with a more uniform distribution of pigments in the cross-section.Its tensile elongation is higher,and its light fastness is slightly higher than that of the dyed samples,with a color fastness difference of 0.5~1.0 levels.
