摘要
在“健康中国”理念指导下,为提升高校公共体育课程教学质量,充分发挥其育人功能,通过文献法并结合教学实践,探讨“健康中国”视域下提升高校公共体育课程教学质量价值意蕴,深度剖析公共体育课程教学质量提升面临的困境:教学资源分配不均、课程地位有待提升、评价体系需完善;教师专业素养差异大、教学方式方法创新不足;学生体育观念淡薄、锻炼意识欠缺等。针对上述困境,提出提升高校公共体育课程质量实施路径:优化学校体育资源配置,构建科学、全面教学评价体系;加强教师队伍建设,提升教师专业素养,并鼓励创新教学方式方法;积极培养学生体育意识,构建全面健康教育体系。改革措施可提升高校公共体育课程教学质量,促进大学生身心健康全面发展,为实现“健康中国”目标做出积极贡献。
Under the guidance of the concept of“Healthy China”,in order to improve the teaching quality of public physical education courses in colleges and universities and give full play to its educational function,the value implications and dilemmas in improving the teaching quality of public physical education courses were discussed through literature review and teaching practice.The dilemmas included the uneven distribu-tion of teaching resources,the need to elevate the status of the courses and the requirement to improve the evaluation system;the significant disparities in teachers′professional competencies and insufficient innova-tion in teaching methods and approaches;the students′weak concept of sports and lack of awareness of ex-ercise,etc.In response to the aforementioned dilemmas,the following implementation pathways were pro-posed to improve the quality of public physical education courses in colleges and universities:optimizing the allocation of physical education resources,constructing a scientific and comprehensive teaching evaluation system;strengthening the construction of teaching staff,improving the professional quality of teachers and encouraging the innovation of teaching methods;actively cultivating students′awareness of physical educa-tion and building a comprehensive health education system.The reform measures can improve the teaching quality of public physical education courses in colleges and universities,promote the all-round development of physical and mental health of college students and make positive contributions to the realization of the goal of“Healthy China”.
