摘要
社会主义初级阶段是对中国所处社会主义阶段的精准研判,党的二十大报告对社会主义初级阶段的时间跨度作出了新的表述。分析这一变化,必须完整认识社会主义阶段划分的理论演化和历史实践,尤其关注在社会经济发展实践过程中产生的认识和中国特色社会主义道路发展的重大节点,交互比较成为社会主义阶段划分的重要判断标准;尤其围绕基本实现现代化判断的提前,成为观察社会主义初级阶段发展的重要标识,在比较分析的基础上不断形成关于社会主义初级阶段发展标准的可预期回答和理论储备。
The primary stage of socialism is an accurate judgement of the stage of socialism that China is in.The report to the 20th CPC National Congress has made a new statement on the time span of the primary stage of socialism.To analyze this new change,we must fully understand the development process and theoretical evolution of the division of stages of socialism,and pay special attention to the understanding generated in the practice of social and economic development and the major junctures in the development of the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Cross comparison has become an important criterion of judgement for the division of the stages of socialism,especially the early judgment based on the basic realization of modernization,which has become an important indicator for observing the development of the primary stage of socialism.On the basis of comparative analysis,we can constantly form predictable answers and theoretical reserves about the development standards of the primary stage of socialism.
