摘要
针对第二课堂中存在的问题,本研究秉承成果导向教育理念,以提升大学生创新能力为目标,以地方医学院校大学生创新能力培养为例,从营造第二课堂创新文化氛围、优化第二课堂内容、加强保障管理、完善考核评价等多方面构建了系统完善的第二课堂创新能力培养体系,并取得了良好的实施效果。
Addressing issues within the second classroom,this research follows the outcome-oriented educational philosophy,aiming to improve university students'innovation capabilities.Using local medical university students as a case study,a comprehensive system for fostering innovation capability was constructed,focusing on enhancing the cultural atmosphere,optimizing content,reinforcing management support,and refining assessment.The system has shown positive outcomes in implementation.
