摘要
航天器的研制是一项极为复杂的系统工程,涉及项目方案的设计与细化、众多参研单位的参与、高标准的技术指标要求以及高度耦合的设计环节。其中,大量的协同讨论与分析是必不可少的,但传统协同工作模式往往缺乏持久性,难以满足各学科的高效协同需求。因此,必须引入新的手段以提升协同设计的质量与效率。采用基于统一数据源的设计、制造、装配与测试模式,文章实现了多专业、多岗位之间的联合设计与实施,在航天器的全寿命周期内开展了仿真分析及数据管理,旨在优化整星设计参数,最终提升型号研制的效率与效益。
The development of spacecraft is a complex system engineering project,with complex project scheme design and detailed design,multiple participating units,high technical specifications requirements,and high design coupling.During its development process,a large amount of collaborative discussion and analysis is required.The traditional collaborative work mode has strong timeliness and is difficult to meet the needs of collaborative work in various disciplines.New methods must be adopted to improve the quality and efficiency of collaborative design.Based on a unified data source design,manufacturing,assembly,and testing mode,it is possible to achieve joint design and implementation across multiple disciplines and positions,conduct simulation analysis and data management throughout the entire life cycle,achieve the goal of optimal design parameters for the entire satellite,and improve the efficiency and efficiency of model development.
