摘要
针对航天器设计过程中各专业所产生的多源异构数据难以高效传输和共享问题,为提高航天器研制效率和质量,文章首先构建面向航天器研制的全局数据结构;其次以XML格式从各信息化系统获取设计数据,通过转换获得完整的全局数据结构;最后以流程为主线基于业务活动按需从全局数据结构抽取数据后转换为数据需求方所需的数据结构,并开发了协同设计平台。以通信卫星为例进行了验证,结果表明:该方法能有效提升设计效率,减少低层次质量问题,可以为航天器协同设计提供参考。
To address the issue of difficult efficient transmission and sharing of heterogeneous data generated by various disciplines in the process of spacecraft design,and to improve efficiency and quality of spacecraft development.Firstly,a global data structure for spacecraft development is constructed,then the design data is obtained from various information systems in XML format,and the complete global data structure is obtained through transformation.Finally,taking the process as the mainline,the data is extracted from the global data structure according to the needs of business activities and converted into the data structure required by the data demand side.A collaborative design platform is also developed,then,taking communication satellites as application objects,the method is validated.and the results show that it can effectively improve the design efficiency and reduce the low level quality problem,and provide a reference method for spacecraft collaborative design.
