摘要
近年来,集成电路科技产业成为我国科技发展的核心支柱,其规模化生产需求日益增长,传统生产模式已不再适应当前的发展需求,整合人工智能技术成为当前提升研发生产效率的关键。文章深入研究了人工智能在集成电路设计生产及维护中的作用机理,剖析了人工智能在集成电路领域的实际作用及其带来的技术革新,旨在提高行业整体技术水平。
In recent years,the integrated circuit technology industry has become the core pillar of China's science and technology development,its large-scale production demand is growing,the traditional production mode is no longer adapt to the current development needs,the integration of artificial intelligence technology has become the key to improve research and development production efficiency.This paper deeply studies the function mechanism of artificial intelligence in the design,production and maintenance of integrated circuits,analyzes the actual role of artificial intelligence in the field of integrated circuits and the technological innovation it brings,aiming at improving the overall technical level of the industry.
