摘要
从集成电路设计产业技术发展趋势出发,讨论了IP核相关技术和特有的发展模式。从国内外的市场和技术发展趋势出发,针对先进工艺技术支持的高端芯片和特色工艺支持的成熟芯片需要的IP做了分析,简要地介绍了先进设计和制造协同优化和人工智能技术在IP验证中的应用。最后提出了发展我国集成电路设计中IP技术和产业的策略以及建议。
The IC design development trend in semiconductor industry,the related technologies and special development modes of IP cores are discussed.Based on a worldwide perspective,the market and technology development trend is presented.For advanced technology-supported high-end chips and mature products,the requirements of IP with characteristic technology support are analyzed.Furthermore,the application of advanced design and manufacturing collaborative optimization and artificial intelligence technology in IP verification is briefly introduced.Finally,the strategies and suggestions for the development of IP technology and IC design industry in China are put forward.
