摘要
该文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法和实地考察法,针对性地梳理与探讨优秀雪车运动员程序化参赛具体节点的优化内容与可操作建议。为获取比赛优胜,分析雪车竞技过程中的常见规律,探求更精准方向与路径,给参赛运行团队提供操作层面的依据。研究结果揭示了国际优秀运动员在适应新赛道时的技术特点,充分结合雪车重量、赛道物理参数和冰面状况,优化启动速度和平衡路线选择,同时在赛道熟悉度和技术水平方面表现出超高水准。该研究对中国雪车运动员的训练和比赛具有重要的指导意义,为参赛运行团队提供操作参考。
By using the methods of literature review,expert interview and on-the-spot investigation,this paper aims to sort out and discuss the optimized contents and operational suggestions of the specific nodes of the excellent snowmobile athletes'programmed participation.In order to win the competition,this paper analyzes the common laws in the process of snowmobile competition,explores more accurate directions and paths,and provides operational basis for the participating operation teams.The research results reveal the technical characteristics of international elite athletes when they adapt to the new track,fully combine the weight of snowmobiles,track physical parameters and ice conditions,optimize the starting speed and balance route selection,and at the same time show super high level in track familiarity and technical level.This study has important guiding significance for the training and competition of China snowmobile athletes,and provides operational reference for the participating teams.
