摘要
五育融合要求重视德智体美劳协同发展,培养具有综合素质的新时代接班人。在综合性大学教育中,艺术展演成为培养新生代综合素质的重要途径,丰富了高校育人改革策略。当前艺术展演领域面临知识产权保护不足、作品筛选机制不健全、艺术展演与设计展赛学科与产业发展不充分不均衡等挑战。需加强学生对专项赛道的积极性和参赛率、高校间艺术展演资源共享和推进师资队伍艺术浸润与跨媒介交流,以应对这些制约因素。通过协同努力,综合类大学在五育融合框架下实现全方位提升,有效培育未来社会的综合创造性素质人才。
The integration of the five educations requires that attention be paid to the synergistic development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics and labour,and the cultivation of new generation successors with comprehensive qualities.In comprehensive university education,art exhibition has become an important way to cultivate the comprehensive quality of the new generation,which enriches the reform strategy of university education.At present,the field of art exhibition and performance faces challenges such as insufficient protection of intellectual property rights,unsound screening mechanism of works,and insufficient and unbalanced development of disciplines and industries of art exhibition and design exhibition and competition.There is a need to strengthen students'motivation and participation rate in specialised tracks,share art exhibition and performance resources among universities and promote art immersion and cross-media exchange among faculties to cope with these constraints.Through concerted efforts,comprehensive universities can achieve all-round improvement under the framework of the five education fusion and effectively cultivate comprehensive creative quality talents for the future society.
