摘要
超高层悬挑平台所受荷载由核心筒剪力墙混凝土结构及钢桁架承担,施工过程中易出现混凝土受拉开裂的情况。基于腾讯广州总部大楼项目,通过放置足够数量的灌满水的水箱的方式,在此基础上封闭浇筑混凝土剪力墙,保证了剪力墙按期封闭,同时降低了悬挑平台加荷后下挠对混凝土结构的负面影响。
The load of the super high-rise cantilever platform is borne by the concrete structure of the core tube shear wall and the steel truss,which is easy to crack the concrete in the construction process.Based on the project of Tencent Guangzhou Headquarters Building,the concrete shear wall is closed and poured on this basis by placing a sufficient number of water tanks,which ensures the timely closure of the shear wall,and greatly reduces the negative impact of downtorsion on the concrete structure after the overhanging platform is loaded.
