大跨度8m超高钢筋混凝土梁施工技术

摘要 银河四期项目剧院2层处有一榀高为8m,跨度为30m的超高钢筋混凝土梁,其支撑架体的搭设是施工考虑的关键因素。通过对贝雷桁架和轮扣支撑架体两种方案进行对比及分析,最终确定采用贝雷桁架支撑方式进行施工。同时,通过对支模架、模板、钢筋、混凝土、养护、监测等施工工序实行高标准控制,顺利完成了超大梁的施工,实施效果良好,各项质量指标均符合要求,受到业主和监理顾问一致好评。 There is a super-high reinforced concrete beam with a height of8 meters and a span of30 meters on the second floor ofthe theater in the Galaxy Phase IV project.The installation ofits support frame is a key factor to consider during construction.By comparing and analyzing the two schemes of Bailey truss and wheel buckle support frame,the final decision was made to use Bailey truss support for construction.At the same time,by implementing high standard control over construction processes such as formwork support,formwork,steel reinforcement,concrete,maintenance,and monitoring,the construction of the super large beam was successfully completed,with good implementation results and all quality indicators meeting the requirements.It was unanimously praised by the owner and supervision consultant.
