摘要
本文主要介绍了在台州市域铁路商海北街特大桥简支梁施工中,由于部分简支梁跨度较大,通过采用中支墩型钢管贝雷梁支架形式,解决了大跨度简支梁施工技术难题。由于支架基础位于已完工的承台基础和桩基础上,使得支架受力明确可控,支架沉降变形较小,不仅大大提高了梁体施工的安全性和支架稳定性,同时也提高了现浇简支梁的施工质量。该施工方法也为类似施工提供了一种解决思路。
This paper mainly introduces that in the construction of simply supported beam of Shanghai North Street super large bridge of Taizhou railway,due to the large span of some simply supported beams,the technical problems of long-span simply supported beam construction are solved by using the form of middle buttress steel pipe Bailey beam support.Because the support foundation is located on the completed bearing platform foundation and pile foundation,the stress of the support is clear and controllable,and the settlement deformation of the support is small,which not only greatly improves the safety and stability of the beam construction,but also improves the construction quality of the cast-in-situ simply supported beam.This construction method also provides a solution for similar construction.
