新疆某高校非医学生健康教育公选课选修现状及影响因素分析

摘要 目的:调查分析新疆某高校非医学生健康教育公选课选修现状及影响因素,为大学生健康教育工作提供参考。方法:本研究于2017年9月收集新疆某高校4601名2017级非医学生的一般人口学特征、家庭情况及健康教育意愿,于2021年6月通过该校教务处获取参与者大学期间选修健康教育公选课情况,并以安德森模型为理论框架采用多水平Logistic回归进行影响因素分析。结果:3897人(84.70%)参与并完成调查,其中2654人(68.10%)大学期间选修过健康教育公选课。公选课学分占比较高(1.11%~1.12%)(OR=2.42,95%CI:1.51-3.90)、父亲文化程度较高(高中/职高/中专)(OR=1.27,95%CI:1.00-1.61)、女生(OR=1.24,95%CI:1.06-1.46)选修健康教育公选课可能性较高;中南(OR=0.60,95%CI:0.46-0.80)和西南(OR=0.73,95%CI:0.53-1.00)地区生源(参照:西北地区)、城市户籍(OR=0.76,95%CI:0.64-0.90)者选修健康教育公选课可能性较低。结论:公选课学分占比、生源地、户籍、父亲文化程度和性别是非医学生选修健康教育公选课的影响因素,建议高校重视健康教育公选课宣传,基于学生健康教育需求开展个性化选课指导。 Objective:To investigate and analyze the current situation and influencing factors of elective courses in health education for non medical students in a certain university in Xinjiang,in order to provide reference for health education work for college students.Methods:This study surveyed the general demographic characteristics,family situation,and willingness to health education of 4601 non-medical students in the class of 2017 in September 2017 at a university in Xinjiang.Subsequently,in June 2021,the participants'elective health education public courses during their university years were obtained through the academic affairs office of the university,and the influencing factors were analyzed using the Anderson model as a theoretical framework using multi-level logistic regression.Results:3897 people(84.70%)participated in and completed the survey,of while 2654 people(68.10%)have taken public elective courses in health education,with a high proportion of public elective course credits(1.11%~1.12%)(OR=2.42,95%CI:1.51-3.90),a high educational level of fathers(OR=1.27,95%CI:1.00-1.61),and a high elective rate of health education for girls(OR=1.24,95%CI:1.06-1.46).The elective rate of public health education courses for students from urban registered residence(OR=0.76,95%CI:0.64-0.90),central and southern regions(OR=0.60,95%CI:0.46-0.80)and southwest regions(OR=0.73,95%CI:0.53-1.00)(reference:northwest regions)is relatively low.Conclusion:The credit ratio of public elective courses,student origin,registered residence,father's education level and gender are the influencing factors for non-medical students to choose public elective courses in health education.It is necessary to strengthen guidance for key students to choose courses based on student needs.
